For clients local to Gloucestershire, I offer walking coaching sessions at Crickley Hill Country Park — a place with expansive views, ancient beech woodland, and accessible paths; surroundings that help you think more clearly.
Walking side-by-side in nature often makes it easier to open up, shift perspective and access creativity. Research shows that movement supports problem-solving and emotional regulation, and clients frequently report feeling “lighter,” “clearer,” and “more themselves” after a session outdoors.
And yes — we go at your pace. It’s accessible and restorative.

Online coaching is equally reflective and powerful, and gives you flexibility in how and when you work with me, we can stay seated for sessions, or both walk in our own locations. Online sessions work beautifully for busy clients, frequent travellers and anyone balancing work and transition.
